Your mental health impacts all other areas of your life and is just as important as treating a physical illness.  It can be scary talking to someone for the first time and you may fear that you will be judged or misunderstood.  I realize that it can take a lot of time for trust to be established and I want you to know that I am open to giving you all of the time that you need.  This is your journey and I would be honored to walk beside you.
